We were not able to get everybody on video receiving their diploma and box of prizes. Here is a sampling.

Setting up prizes in the van for the last day of chess camp

At the end of each day,  there may be a small overnight idea or subject to pursue.

Sometimes in the course of play, topics come up in conversation on any subject, so there may be a request to research or find an answer to a question raised.

When Chess Camp is in session, the idea to pursue will be posted on the home page.

Today we tested again on Two Rook Mate, and Rook and King Mate, castling, Scholar's Mate and forks and pins.
 
What is the one big negative to Scholar's Mate?

We reviewed again the Two Rook Checkmate.
 
We reviewed Stalemate when it showed up in someone's game.
