Reenacting George Washington's first political office win

Saturday 5pm to 7pm 27 July 2024 we reenacted Colonel George Washington's first win of 24 July 1758. And won another in 18 May 1761. He lost his first election 10 Dec 1755. All these elections were held on this very site where it first happened. This has been our 6th annual reenactment of this, skipping it in 2020 due to Covid.

Washington represented Frederick County in the House of Burgessess until 1765 when he ran to represent Fairfax County.
