Company falls in and Marches to the Bridge on Main Street
and up the side on the grass to the Fort

Interpretation of the Virginia Regiment and Drill

Va Regiment is served Lunch

Va Regiment Assembles and drills and Fires 3 Volleys in Salute to KIng George II, GW and the Lt. Governor

Regiment is dismissed and Company members review the exhibits

But … News travelled faster than you think back then.

of many people knowing
about the horror
certainly did magnify the fear.
And great distances were travelled.

When Indians took hostages, they took them from this area all the way to Ohio or then to Montreal Canada.
And the picture shows an Alarm gong. It wasn’t only used for dinner.
