2pm at Fort Loudoun which is 149 N Loudoun St, Winchester VA.
Then we march.
2nd place:
Anytime roughly between 3pm to 4pm
We march to 1840 Courthouse
on the walking mall, the Loudoun Street Mall.
We announce George Washington's Birthday.
By the way, little story. In Sept 1752, Winchester lost 11 days. That's why you see old style birthday for GW is Feb 11.
New Style Birthday is Feb 22. Ask us about that.
Then we march again.
3rd place:
Winchester Brew Works 5pm to 8pm
